我市启动防台风IV级应急响应根据气象预报，台风“梅花”今天8时中心位于浙江象山南偏东方向约470公里的洋面上，中心附近最大风力14级（强台风级）。预计，“梅花”将以每小时10公里左右的速度向北偏西方向移动，强度缓慢增强，14日傍晚前后登陆温岭到舟山一带沿海地区，并继续向北偏西方向移动。

C | 受其影响，预计风力13-14日白天逐渐增大到4-6级阵风7级；14日夜里-15日增强到7-8级阵风9级，我市有大雨到暴雨，雨量50-80毫米，局部80-120毫米。省防办于13日10时启动全省防台风IV级应急响应；市气象台16时43分发布台风蓝色预警信号。根据《南京市防台风应急预案》，市防汛抗旱指挥部办公室决定，9月13日18时起，启动我市防台风IV级应急响应（蓝色）。市防办提醒广大市民：台风来袭，注意防范大风、强降雨。1.尽量避免出行，外出时宜慢行，不要靠近广告牌、大树、危旧房、高空构筑物、围墙等危险区域行走逗留，防止坠物伤人。2.居家时注意关好门窗，将空调室外机、雨篷、围板等固定好，收拾、清理好窗台、阳台（露台）悬挂物及花盆等，避免坠落伤人。

D | 3.不要在涵洞、立交桥低洼区、地下通道等地势较低的地方避险，开车切勿贸然在积水中行驶，最好选择绕道行驶，车辆如果已进水，应赶紧离开车辆。
